These past few days have been a blur! To hit the high notes, we spent Friday practicing our marching, and then hours with our noses buried in our OTS manuals for our first test on Saturday. The test was bright and early Saturday morning. We were all very excited to find out that we were one of only seven flights who had everyone pass their test (out of 21 flights or so)! Much of Saturday was spent writing official memorandums and preparing our rooms for inspection - we have instructions of how to organize our rooms, from which drawer our socks go in, to how they're folded, to what goes in the closet, and in which order, and the list goes on for every single part of our dorm rooms. On Sunday, several of us attended church services on and off-base, and continued with setting up our rooms and preparing for Monday. Yesterday we hit the ground running with our PT baseline test at 0500. Since then, we have been passing most of the day in lectures, interspersed with marching to and from chow. We've come up with catchy chants that have everybody talking, and we've become a pretty tight-knit group already!
